The questions that decide the facility
Many facilities advertise AI readiness. Far fewer can deliver the density, cooling and power on the date the hardware arrives. We qualify that before the RFQ, not after.
How we run it
- Requirement brief. Load, density, cooling, redundancy, network and timeline written in operator language.
- Qualified shortlist. Facilities that can meet density and delivery date, including near-term and build-to-suit options.
- Like-for-like RFQ. Pricing per kW, power pass-through, escalators, cooling charges, cross connects and delivery commitments.
- Negotiation. Delivery dates, expansion capacity, service levels and commercial terms aligned to the deployment plan.
- Deployment coordination. Rack integration, cabling, network turn-up and commissioning with the operator and integrators.
Where licensed engineering is involved
When electrical, mechanical or structural engineering is required, Ventris Worldwide coordinates appropriately qualified, licensed specialists and integrates their work into the same plan and schedule.
Common questions
- What timelines are realistic for high-density space?
- It depends on market and density. Near-term space exists but is limited; larger or liquid-cooled requirements often need longer lead times or build-to-suit. Defining the requirement early widens the options.
- Do you only handle the space?
- No. We coordinate the wider environment around it: network, cloud connectivity, managed infrastructure, backup and the operating model after go-live.
