What we source
We source colocation and data center capacity against a written requirement, across operators and markets, and bring back options that can actually be compared.
How a requirement moves
- Requirement. Power (kW or MW), density per rack, cooling, footprint, markets, latency, carriers, compliance, timeline and term.
- Market scan. Operators and facilities that can meet the power, cooling and delivery date, including what is actually available, not only what is advertised.
- RFQ. A consistent request to shortlisted operators so pricing, power cost, escalators, cross connects and delivery dates can be compared like for like.
- Comparison. Total cost, risk and delivery confidence side by side, including network, remote hands and expansion rights.
- Negotiation. Commercial terms, delivery commitments, expansion options and service levels negotiated before signature.
- Deployment. Rack and stack, cabling, carrier turn-up, migration and commissioning coordinated under one plan.
What to send us
The fastest way to start is a short requirement. Rough numbers are fine.
Why work through Ventris
Operators know their facilities. Ventris Worldwide knows how to make the deal and the deployment work for the customer: the requirement is defined before anyone quotes, the commercial terms match what was designed, and one accountable relationship stays in place after go-live. When the requirement goes beyond space and power, we coordinate cloud, managed infrastructure, networking and migration alongside it, including managed private and hybrid cloud with our strategic partner OTAVA and environments built on AWS infrastructure.
Common questions
- Do you work with high-density and AI deployments?
- Yes. We scope power density, cooling method (air, rear-door, direct-to-chip liquid) and delivery timing first, because those constrain which facilities can actually deliver.
- Can you help with requirements in multiple markets?
- Yes. Ventris Worldwide coordinates multi-market and international requirements, with presence in Austin, Madrid, Milan, Jakarta, Buenos Aires, Medellín, Mexico City.
- What happens after the contract is signed?
- We stay on the deployment: rack and stack, carriers, cross connects, migration, commissioning and ongoing account management.
